Our Pyramid PIECES Team works with districts to establish use of Pyramid Model practices across their early childhood program.
For these practices to be successful, we emphasize the use of practice-based coaching to reinforce teacher's feelings of competence and capacity.
Our Pyramid PIECES Team also works alongside a representative leadership team to develop plans for sustainability in the use of the Pyramid Model for years to come.
