Lexington County School District One
The Lexington One Team has increased the number of classes that are co-taught classes (modified support and general education). We have established a screening process that is efficient and effective, and have developed a collaborative spirit among both programs. We have aligned the curriculum between programs (special education and general education) and within programs (all 4K and all special education).
We have established high expectations across all programs for all students and have made great progress. We have completed a lot of work that aligned curriculum and we also held collaborative planning sessions with general education folks and special education folks.
