Last month, Kerri and Heather were in Portland, OR sharing this work at the Division for Early Childhood's 33rd Annual International Conference on Young Children with Special Needs and Their Families! The Division for Early Childhood (DEC) promotes policies and advances evidence-based practices that support families and enhance the optimal development of young children who have or are at risk for developmental delays and disabilities.
